I absolutely LOVED Casa Chimayo. We were greeted warmly at the door. Seated immediately in such a cozy and delightful atmosphere and our chili rellenos were off the charts delicious!! SO flavorful. We WILL be going back!!
Spent 1 night in Santa Fe and chose this amazing restaurant for dinner! Our kids are really picky eaters and said it’s the best part of our vacation so far! Thanks for making it memorable!
