The room I had has a nice fireplace and was very clean. The employees were very friendly and helpful. It's pet friendly. I would defiantly stay here again.
Very nice breakfast buffet. Great location. Clean and quiet.
Fernando was a huge help. We will be back. 5/5 stars.

Overall, Vanessie is a great choice for a cocktail, dinner, or group event, with Ricardo, the General Manager, being a standout in terms of service and hospitality.
