This hands-on class was loads of fun giving all participants an opportunity to cook several dishes and then dine together and take home leftovers. “Adobo was excellent from start to finish! Lizette was my key contact person as I planned my wedding from Wisconsin and had my wedding in Santa Fe. The menu was perfect and the collaboration she had with Colorado Rentals to make sure we had everything to make our night complete was amazing. It rained right before our wedding, they moved tables into the house we rented and then the sky opened up and they moved the tables back to the deck. The drinks and service were amazing!!! I would highly recommend for a wedding or any event!!“
