THE most delicious food in Santa Fe!!!
Marigold Kitchen did an absolutely fantastic job catering our recent big birthday and retirement celebration for about 25-30 guests at our home in Santa Fe. The Marigold team was incredibly professional and the food was amazing. Dhiru worked with me to create a wonderful non-seated finger food dinner that included an assortment of great appetizers followed by a dosa station that allowed all of our guests to just order what they wanted. His team’s execution and the beautifully crafted small bites have made evenings truly memorable. Dhiru is skilled at preparing traditional recipes, even those unfamiliar to him, and is particularly noted for his amazing vegan dishes.
