In a party of four, all of us found the food here to be very good. The Philly cheesesteak was messy, spicy, and tasty - just like a true cheesesteak should be. The burgers and grilled cheese sandwiches were also good. I wasn't impressed with the taste of my beers - both IPAs were darker and hoppier than I prefer. Our server seemed over-worked and that made it hard to put in additional orders.
We were a bit shocked at how long it took someone to take our order, we even started to question whether we were supposed to order before sitting down. The wait staff was friendly, but not super attentive. We had the potato skins w/ bacon to start, I had the enchiladas with Christmas and my partner had the build your own burger with tots. I'm a regular at Rufina Taproom. I always get top notch service from the bartenders. It's a very friendly atmosphere, people aren't afraid to talk to one another. Serafina is the most attentive bartender around. Also her smile will just melt you. When she teams up with Cindy I call them the Dynamic Duo. The beers and selection are always top notch. One of the best Brewpubs in town no doubt.
