“Adobo was excellent from start to finish! Lizette was my key contact person as I planned my wedding from Wisconsin and had my wedding in Santa Fe. The menu was perfect and the collaboration she had with Colorado Rentals to make sure we had everything to make our night complete was amazing. It rained right before our wedding, they moved tables into the house we rented and then the sky opened up and they moved the tables back to the deck. The drinks and service were amazing!!! I would highly recommend for a wedding or any event!!“

“Taco truck had this (previous) Santa Fe local smiling. Grew up here and needed a quick breakfast taco. 2/$5 small corn tortilla with eggs bean/chili. Red salsa was perfection! If you love authentic Mexican food go here! Mom and Pop team very kind. Freshly cooked and delicious 🙏❤️“

“The girls working the drive thru I believe Becky and Socorro or coco maybe were super friendly and super helpful and handled the situation above and beyond and made things right and assured me no extra charges would happen when the system was not processing my card. I paid cash instead and they still made sure to make it known no charge made on my debit card and were so kind. They deserve to be noticed and appreciated for their hard work. I hope their main boss knows how good of employees this establishment has.“
