I very much like that you order regular menu items during breakfast hours. My two chicken sandwiches (one spicy, one regular) were tasty as expected. Unlike some other chains, Chick-Fil-A's small size drink lives down to its name. Remind me to get a medium next time. At least they refill drinks for free!
Love Chick-fil-A but this location is different. Kids are not allowed in the play area if you are sitting outside the giant glass window, you must be in the play area with them, without your food and drinks. We were the only people in the restaurant but they made sure to stop by and let us know this rule.

The drive thru wait times are ridiculous in the mornings. Usually Chick-fil-A has fast drive thru service but not this one.

My family and I stopped in for lunch yesterday (2/9/24), all of us senior citizens.We ordered and asked for the SC discount, we were told that this location doesn't do that. She did discount our drinks!! Ok..Not any of the employees smiled, not one!We did get their famous greeting.."My pleasure".. not even the hostess.I've been to the Albuquerque locations, very different than this Santa Fe location.I'm serious, not a single employee smiled, maybe they don't like their job..Sad..we love chick fil a, but will stay away from this location for a while.

Slowest chick-fil-a drive through experience. Takes about 30 minutes from start to finish for the drive through. I’ve been coming to this one off and on for over a year now and it has yet to get any better.
I like the idea that breakfast is in the menu which I liked. I don't eat meat in the morning because to me it's too filling. I order only "Cheese and egg on a biscuit" which I don't think it's too hard as an order to do although, everytime I order this the employees find it strange because I won't add meat to my order and they give me a hard time about it by making me wait longer for the order. I saw my order ready bagged on counter while waiting on the drive way window and i can see the employees on cells and as they get a signal finally give me the order."wierd"? Today I noticed with my order the hash browns box only had 5? Yesterday same order had about 10 and one looked as if someone took a bite? I also saw a dead nate on my biscuit. What's going on? Managers need to check on this!

Prices are somewhat more expensive than other fast food restaurants, but the food is impressively fast, a few times when coming here the trashes were always full, which they need to make sure they empty out, i feel thats its kimd of hard to get refills that they out the refil station only in employees side. Makes it a hassle to go and ask for a refill because there is usually a line of some sort. I came here to let my kids play while I order food for us and work on my laptop. I was told that the play place now can only be used if a parent is on side with the kids. Even though you can see the inside of the play place which is a big glass area. It should be safe for all kids if the sign says for 3 and under. I also come here usually every Wednesday with my boy and buy food for my other boy who is in school.

I love this chain but this store has the rudest employee taking drive through orders and they have no knowledge on allergies. The lady taking my order tried to charge me $70 for four gluten free deluxe chicken sandwiches only. Super SUPER disappointed. Visited on 1/27/24 at 9:30pm.
The best Chicken of all times..Chic-fil-A needs to come to Ecuador where KFC dominates all.
