Chick fil a is always my go to for consistency and quality in fast food, despite it being on the pricey side but damn, THREE times in a row with poor quality of food, missing items, and very poor customer service. Today my one meal was over $20 and the chicken was dry, the fries were not filled and were the end bits, my sauce was wrong and management did nothing when I called. I’m done.
There are fundamental issues with this location and it isn't consistent with the Chick-fil-A brand.
Both drinks came out with liquid on the sides. The breakfast burrito had a dried out wrap that was splitting when I got it. Things happen, but all three in a single visit means no one is paying attention to the details
Other than the lady working the lobby, who was very pleasant, the attitudes of other people we dealt with had an air of uncaring.

Hands down the most inefficient Chick Fil A in America!!!!! 2 lines open and 1 person working the drive. The manager just doesn’t care. Just plane Lazy people here in Santa Fe.
