I went to the building where I met with a security guard and an employee who informed me that the building was closed still, but were very friendly and gave me the number of Erma Kelly to ask about alcohol and gaming. I called the number and asked her the process to get a replacement permit and she responded with a mailed form and money order. That was fine. I then ask her is there any way to know my permit number at which point she became very irate and difficult to talk to....read full review
I'm very concerned with the extreme rudeness and unprofessionalism. Particularly the women that answer the phones. They can't even greet you or give their name before addressing your concern. Worst experience, though it isn't really all that new in NM.
