Cottonwood Kitchen, located inside the Tesuque Casino, offers a great dining experience with attentive service and delicious food. The prime rib special is a standout, cooked perfectly and a great value. The prime rib sandwich is also highly recommended. Despite some occasional slow service, the overall experience is excellent. The 1/2 off appetizers and drinks during Happy Hour are a bonus. The chicken wings, chips & salsa, and Korean BBQ ribs are exceptional. The generous cocktail servings and friendly staff make it a top choice in Santa Fe for a casino dining experience.
