Sat at the sushi bar and enjoyed watching Leo, our sushi chef, prepare the most delicious "el nido" roll. Supported by great service staff bring beverages and other specialties. Perfect meal.
Tried Su Sushi at El Nido for a leisurely dinner Saturday evening. The sashimi melted in my mouth. We had a Tokyo, Santa Fe, & Blue Crab roll - all were delicious and the presentation was beautiful. Jose was a very attentive server and d did an excellent job. Highly recommended!

The service was amazing. We had a last-minute addition to our party and Jose managed to reseat us without difficulty. Very nice sake and cocktail list. Togarashi edamame was a bit dry, I've had it elsewhere and it's sautéed in a bit of oil to add moisture. Also I was looking forward to trying the Santa Fe roll but I couldn't even taste the tempura green chili in it. There was no heat at all, so that was disappointing.
