“We were a little skeptical of a high end sushi restaurant in New Mexico, having just moved from Hawaii. Yet we were thoroughly impressed!
I had the omakase and my wife had à la cart sushi. Everything, from the amuse-bouche, to the deliciously flavored cuts of the freshest fish, to cocktails and desserts, was on point.
The sushi chef managed to elevate traditional cuts with flavors and textures we’ve never experienced in either Hawaii or Japan. The rice was perfectly cooked and added sweetness and texture to the nigiri. Uni was sweet and exceptionally flavorful.
The service was friendly and prompt. The restaurant is elegant and well designed. The value is tremendous for what you get and the level at which you get it.
We can’t wait to try everything on (and off) the menu!“

“Love this place, great sushi and sashimi. First time nice and classy with big long rolls on cute plates. Last time I side was all paper plates, not as big rolls. Weird part is ordering online costs a $1 more each item and there is a service fee of $2.95, so can I avoid extra fees buy calling it in? Seems they would charge more for that since it takes a person to take the call.“
