“Fantastic dining experience! Who would have thought such delicious sushi 🍱 🍣 could be found on the outskirts of Santa Fe in Tesuque Pueblo? I enjoyed the amuse-bouche offered by the sushi chef along with The Zozobra, The Hamachi Spice, The Crawfish Wontons, and The Uni (Sea Urchin). When I went to pay the chef a compliment, she made me a Spanish Mackerel roll to test-try and flame seared it right in front of me.“

“First time there! Miso wa ABSOLUTELY amazing! loved my Teriyaki chicken! so many places I've gone the sauce was not flavorful at all, but theirs was tasty!“

“Delicious very reasonably priced sushi in town. The food here really is yummy. One order is enough to fill you up, so make sure to not over order, but you can always bring leftovers home.
I like how they include fruits like mango and pineapple to some of the sushi.

“If you love Japanese food, this one is close to home! The excellent taste of okonomiyaki and takayaki plus the sushi 🍣 and nagiri blew me away! I changed from being satisfied to be fatisied! Love every bite of it!!“

“Jesus makes the best sushi in Santa Fe. Are you at his truck once a week and I look forward to it every time.“
