This place has great service and great sushi. Both the 'A' and 'B' options have a variety of different rolls to choose from.

Fu Sushi is a wonderful sushi place in New Mexico that offer an all you can eat experience at a great price. The restaurant have menu A for $20 per person and menu B for $30 per person, and option b is $10 more. The standard all you can eat is $19.99 and includes free ice cream. Children under 4 get free dinner and kids 4‑7 have a rate of $9.99. The shrimp tempura, miso soup, salmon sashimi, salmon sushi nigiri, mackerel and red snapper are phenomenal. The fish is fresh and the service is fast and friendly. The wait staff is friendly and efficient and a robot delivers food, which makes kids smile. The space is cute inside and the atmosphere is cute. Vegetarian options and veggie options are surprisingly good. Unlimited supply and bound to be something for everyone. The restaurant is affordable for families on a budget and the service is good. The restaurant has free ice cream to take. It is the best AYCE sushi place in NM and the best place for your buck on Wednesdays.
