If you love Japanese food, this one is close to home! The excellent taste of okonomiyaki and takayaki plus the sushi 🍣 and nagiri blew me away! I changed from being satisfied to be fatisied! Love every bite of it!!
EXCELLENT Seafood Quality, Good Rice, Good Soy Sauce. Convenient downtown Santa Fe location. Bright, tons of windows.
first of all, unbelievable sushi. I can’t believe How good the sushi was for Santa Fe.

Unfortunately, we came in with our large family of six and because we weren’t locals I feel like the service was haphazard.
They were polite But I’m still sitting here an hour later and I have dishes in front of me.

Izmi Sushi Bar offers a lovely experience with great food and an upscale, calm atmosphere. Conveniently located near the Plaza, the restaurant has parking available nearby. The menu features a variety of dishes, including miso soup, spicy tuna salad, and rolls, all fresh and delicious. Highlights include the Okonomiyaki, spicy tuna hand roll, and Yellowtail Kama, which is a must-order. The sashimi salad has been noted as absolutely divine by guests. While the rice may be slightly undercooked at times, the overall experience is enjoyable, with reasonable prices compared to other sushi restaurants. The restaurant has recently been remodeled, now featuring a white interior and piano music, enhancing the dining experience. Despite a few lapses in service, the food continues to impress.
