We were honestly a little hesitant to dine at Santa Cafe based on some of the reviews, but it ended up being one of our favorite dining experiences in Santa Fe.
Our server, Cedar, was incredible—so kind, attentive, and genuinely informative without ever making the experience feel overly formal. The level of service throughout the entire evening was exceptional, from the drink service to the pacing of each course. Everything felt incredibly intentional.
