“The Roasted New Zealand Lamb Rack at Restaurant Martín looked like a work of art, impeccable from every angle. However, tastes vary, and the lamb here was prepared in a Western style, retaining a slightly strong, natural flavor, and the sauce was bland, completely unappetizing to my liking. 😂 Luckily, the shrimp appetizer salvaged things, and I'm now waiting for the fruit shaved ice to rescue my palate. It was truly a memorable culinary experience in Santa Fe! 🍨✨“

“El Rincon is a very special, small dining room experience that delivers exceptional farm to table quality food and personalized service. My Black Angus fillet was excellent and was served with mashed potatoes and asparagus! I talked about it all week!! Don't miss this experience on your next trip to Santa Fe!!“
