Service was fantastic and some of the best we had in Santa Fe all week.Sorry to say the "wagyu" steak was not like any Wagyu I'd ever had before witch 3/4th to 1 inch large globules of fat all throughout the cut. The NY Strip my partner had was 10x better and less fatty. 1/3rd of my Wagyu steak was inedible, and thusly no where worth what I paid for it. The service was lovely but quite slow. The food is spendy and not excellent. I like occasionally going out to The Bull Ring for a steak because it has an old-school vibe, but some of the menu items do not justify the price. $13 for steamed broccoli is a bit much. The wedge salad was great. My steak was cooked very unevenly. Overall, it was a nice night out, but it could have been a bit more polished from the kitchen.

Service was a bit slow. Was the only one there yet refills took awhile when my glass was empty for soda. Ordered the wagyu ribeye and I have to say for the price of $95 it was good but not worth it. Wasn’t like any wagyu I’ve had at other places for a similar price that were better. Overall a decent experience tho.
