“I hired Jim and Karyn to design a groom's cake for our wedding this past weekend, and I could not have been happier with the result. They took my idea and ran with it. The cake was better than I could have ever imagined. It received so many compliments and the catering manager at the Four Seasons said it was one of the coolest groom's cakes he's seen. Most importantly, my husband loved it so much that he didn't want to cut it! Jim and Karyn were super easy to work with, and they were reliable and punctual on my wedding day-- all important qualities to consider when choosing a wedding vendor. She went out of her way to package a gift I was ordering for an important person, type a personalized letter to attach to the gift, and walk me through everything I needed for things to go off without a hitch.

Despite the fact that I’m not a local - I plan on ordering more cakes from this location just so I can experience this top-tier service once again. Highly recommend!!“
