The Fajita Burrito is the best $8 (approximately) you can spend on food in Santa Fe. They toasty-up the tortilla. The meat has next to no fat and is charred to perfection. Then they put salsa and sour cream on to it, if you want them to. You can spend $30 at these other places around the plaza and you get a fraction of the quality. An exemplary business to say the least. El Molero for life!
Really sweet and great couple! My wife and I both got their green chile tamales which were very fresh and tasted amazing! I'd recommend grabbing their limeade as well super refreshing!
Fun permanent food truck if you want to enjoy lunch in the main Plaza. While everything was tasty recommend chicken fajita over beef. Both chicken and pork tamales were delicious and for the non adventurous the hot dog was nicely done and hit my sons spot. Owners said the food rotates every day. And we could easily picnic in the lovely park.
