Really sweet and great couple! My wife and I both got their green chile tamales which were very fresh and tasted amazing! I'd recommend grabbing their limeade as well super refreshing!
Fun permanent food truck if you want to enjoy lunch in the main Plaza. While everything was tasty recommend chicken fajita over beef. Both chicken and pork tamales were delicious and for the non adventurous the hot dog was nicely done and hit my sons spot. Owners said the food rotates every day. And we could easily picnic in the lovely park.
Whenever in Santa Fe we stop at this cart for world's best pork tamales & beef fajita burritos. I cannot say enough about his food! Why bother with sit-down restaurants when you can go to this cart for $3 tamales & $8 burritos!!! You will not walk away hungry.
