First time I have ever went to the bar and didn’t want to leave because of how fun the bartender was! My husband and I are whiskey snobs and Eloisa had a pretty great selection. We were going to just get a round and head up to our room after. As we talked to the bartender she says “y’all should just stay seated right where you are and let’s talk whiskey. This is one of many fine restaurants in Sante Fe. There are so many excellent places it’s hard to chose however this restaurant is excellent and never disappoints. We have visited here on several occasions. I like to try new places but always end up returning to Eloisa on our visits. The restaurant is well decorated and on the modern side. They have patio dining in season. The service has always been excellent, the food is unique and superb! I can highly recommend a try!
