Everything was great. From food, service and atmosphere. I wish I can give it more stars. The waiter was fast and very attentive but I didn’t get his name and we did tip him very well wish we got his name. But will be going again very soon.

Really good food. I visited in Feb when tourist levels were low and this restaurant was bustling and seemed to have a lot of locals eating there. They also have outdoor seating.

Stopped in for a mid morning breakfast and it was incredible! I had the best French Toast I have ever tasted in my entire life, and to top that off my husband even agreed that it was the best he had ever had as well. Definitely going to go back!

Valentin was a great server...so knowledgeable and friendly. The food was delicious. The best French Toast ever! Chicken fried steak and eggs were very good and so was the Chile Relleno omelet! Sopas were fresh. I've never been there but will be back this month too!

Outstanding, authentic food and fantastic, attentive service! We’re from Minnesota and were visiting New Mexico for the New Year. My partner’s chiropractor told her about this place and we thought we’d give it a shot, even if it was a bit out of our way. Honestly, we couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. We went in the evening on the first of the year, and the area was packed with people enjoying some post-new year socializing. The restaurant was pretty-well full, but we were fortunate to get a table immediately. But, despite the crowds and seeming chaos, our orders were taken immediately, the food was delivered promptly and was truly of outstanding caliber, and the wait staff were courteous and on top of everything. We even had a small ‘incident’ which was not even of the slightest concern to us, but the manager insisted on giving us dessert ‘on the house;’ totally unnecessary and unexpected, but truly appreciated. We couldn’t have been happier with our experience at Plaza Café Downtown and would recommend it to anyone going to Santa Fe.

Great diner that is fun and refined. They have great pie that is not too sweet and delicious. The apple pie had the apples sliced thinly and layered with a thick crust and flaky topping.

The salsa in this place is THE best I ever tasted, fabulous. Got Frito pie, see pic, was very very nice. My girlfriend got crispy avocado tacos and she absolutely loved it. Bought a couple of Salsa jars to take home

Great vegetarian options for breakfast. They're flexible on breakfast burritos. Impossible sausage was nice to have!

We wanted a spot with the famous New Mexico green chilies all over the menu and we were pleased with this choice. I got the green chili pozole. Perfect amount in the bowl and good service. Only wish it had been a tad spicier. would recommend making a reservation as it had a bit of a line, but we were able to sit quite quickly. Definitely a popular spot for a reason and would recommend to all.
