I came up to same fe from Phoenix Arizona for a few days and decided to stop by to eat and saw this place , so I figured I stop on by and I must say I never heard of brisket nachos before but let me tell you it's so fresh and hot and was very good ! if I ever come back to Santa fe next time I will stop here again
We were visiting Santa Fe and saw the ratings on The Flying Tortilla and stopped it for dinner. We shared a Burrito with carne abovada and Christmas chili. In a word Terrific. This was one of the best Burritos we have had period. Los Churros y helado para postre tambien muy Bueno.
We were there for breakfast and we were NOT disappointed. My omelette was perfectly fluffy and filled with goodness. And that salsa! It added to the delectable experience. But what topped it all was the impeccable service. Our coffee cups were always filled (and it was delicious) and we were made to feel as though we were the only ones in the restaurant. When we left, we were given un fuerte abrazo which we appreciated. We highly recommend this establishment!
