We visited this Applebees on June 15 from about 2-3pm. We were seated quickly. Our food was good- just as good as all Applebee’s. Our waitress, Alex, did a fine job- attentive to us, polite, articulate. She did make a very loud comment about Midol across the restaurant to a fellow employee which felt inappropriate. Took almost 2 hours to get seated and get food
I'm not sure if it was a bad day for the establishment, but according to the waiter, there was only one cook in the kitchen, all I ordered was appetizers and an hour later, I was still waiting. Then again, the waiter seemed to be hiding from everyone in his section so may e it was him. Either way, it was a terrible experience and I ended up still having to pay full price for possibly the worst meal I've ever had.
