Fusion Tacos El Dorado offers very good flavor, authenticity, and quality, with a good variety of options on the menu. The service is professional, friendly, and very helpful. The staff is very understanding and quickly brought a new beef taco when requested. The beef taco was delicious. The Quesabirria Tacos, chicken quesadilla, and Quesapizza were muy rico. The Quesapizza Al pastor was great, and the tacos were equally delicious. The crunchy carne asada tacos are absolutely delicious. Carnitas and birria meats are lean and tasty. The taco plate tastes really good, and the Quesapizza with trompo meat was 10/10. The pricing is fair. The food is served very quickly, and guests can enjoy it on the outdoor patio. It is a quiet dining experience. Customers have had multiple things on the menu at least 10-15 times and have never had a bad experience.
