A shame! It says they are open until 11pm, I arrive it's 8pm and they're looking to see that I'm there and they ignore you! I had to wait for someone to come down and ask. On top of that, the guy tells me that the schedule change, what a schedule change, what the hell if it hasn't changed yet! If it changes on November 2nd and we are in October! It's a real shame for the workers, that is, they couldn't open the window and say "sorry, we're closed." No, they ignored it. I will not return

Always great food and fast, friendly service. We always call our order in so it’s quicker. We got the quesabirrias which are delicious, but have been lacking in salt the past couple of times we’ve had it, both at this location and the ABQ green jeans location. Otherwise, so delicious!

I have the Fusion Taco app I usually use but wanted to pay cash today. I called and ordered a birria quesadilla. The app says $8.00 plus $1.00 for birria. I got there and she said $15.00 ! I said no it is $9.00 on the app menu. She said no ! Then she asked someone and they said I could have a discount. It ended up being $11.13.
Why are prices different than on the app.
If prices have gone up that much I won’t go back. Also they shouldn’t have 2 different prices. We have never paid that much there for birria quesadillas.

Excellent attention, my order at the indicated time and fresh, everything was very friendly, very good atmosphere, a lot of parking.

Nestled in a quaint little plaza, this food truck is surprisingly delicious albeit a little pricey. However, it seems it's the norm throughout Santa Fe. Either way, the tacos were really good, and flavorful, the consume was probably the best I've had. Unfortunately, the ratio of meat to taco was a bit off on some, and the drinks weren't very good, the tacos still outshined that. Overall, pretty decent tacos, I'd say.

Great cuisine...yummy chicken tacos and quesadillas

Attempted to place a call in order for 30 mins straight and no answer. Drove to airport location and it was not busy. 2 people (family of workers) ahead of us, placed our 1 taco plate order which was $20 for a 4 birria tacos and 1 sprite and waited 28 mins. Gentleman drove up 15 mins after us and got his order at the same time we got ours. Got home opened up the birria tacos and they had little to no meat. The little meat it did have could not even cover the bottom of the shell. This place was my #1 for birria but I will not be returning. Quality of the birria tacos is non existent. I can not speak on the others plates or items.

Have gone here a few times as we live 1 min away. Food can go from delicious to mediocre perhaps depending on who’s cooking that day. We placed our order online, they mixed the order up and I paid extra for guacamole. No guacamole nor rice or beans on our birria burritos. I called and let them know and while he apologized, he wouldn’t refund what we paid for and didn’t receive. Won’t be going back. This place is pretty expensive for what you receive (small burritos with no sides) and I’m disappointed in his response.
