Visited Monkeys food truckon 6/11/25 while in Santa Fe N.M . The burgers were the best burgers I've ever had! They were cooked to profection! I only wish we had food trucks like Monkeys in Colorado!

Monkey's Food Truck offers an amazing and authentic Mexican experience. Their menu features delicious off-the-wall burgers, including a unique option with shrimp on top. The truck also serves fantastic carne asada and al pastor tacos, with a generous amount of sauce and toppings. This is a great spot for taco adventures on Airport Road.
