People were outstandingly nice . Food? Their pulled pork sandwich sucked. It was chewy and more like sliced than pulled. That, fries, and a coke cost me $17 ish. Still hungry so ordered the Mexican Corn cup. That was delicious. I hate food trucks. Overpriced and iffy quality. Don't order fries or pulled pork from here.

My wife and I found this place during our first night in Santa Fe. I searched for Mexican food near our hotel and when we saw the photo of the vegetarian menu, we were out the door! We were a bit surprised to learn that it was a food truck and not a brick and mortar restaurant, but went for it anyway. We received our orders promptly and with a smile. The food was incredible! Both her veggie wrap and my barbacoa burrito were filled with fresh ingredients and an incredible mix of spices. The heat was there, but did not overwhelm. We felt like we'd stumbled upon one of the city's treasures.

Birria Ramen with Quesabirrias was phenomenal! Kido had the Cubano Torta and it was loaded with meat. We also loved the corn, fries, and agua fescas. Everything was delicious.

If you're looking for a good truck then Gracias Madre definitely has it all. I ordered the tacos al pastor and they were delicious. My friends said they loved the quesabirrias. Definitely recommend!

A reasonable taco truck. I felt the tacos could have more punch/spice (especially in santa fe). The portion was fine, not to big, not too small. If you are around there, this could be an option.
