My wife and I were celebrating our 11th anniversary, and wanted to give this place a try. The restaurant itself is beautiful, and has great vibes. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The food was amazing. The wine was great, though I'd highly recommend the Signature Pinot Noir. At the end, even the price was very reasonable. Overall, a great experience, and definitely a new favorite of ours.

We found Herve on our last night in Santa Fe. The room is beautiful and not too noisy. I had the pasta and my wife had the pork chop; both with excellent New Mexico flavors without tasting like the more traditional Mexican food we had been eating for most of the trip. We shared a nice bottle of Cab. After a day of walking around art galleries on Canyon Road, Herve was an excellent way to unwind. Nice location as well.

Valentine's meal was not good. Shrimp cocktail was 5 on lettuce with bottle cocktail sauce. Soup out of a can then microwaved. Main course was decent. Desert was chocolate creme brulee that hadn't set.

We ate at the Herve Bar on January 18. Hattie did a good job of serving us first w/ drinks and an appetizer and then w/ the entree. It was a pleasant experience. We will go back.

Big kudos to the management and team for putting together such a smooth and enjoyable event. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and made everyone feel welcome. It’s the perfect spot for a relaxed but elevated night out in Santa Fe. We’ll definitely be back!

The ABSOLUTE best wine bar & restaurant in Santa Fe. If you’re looking for a beautiful personal atmosphere with delicious food and great drinks look no further than Hervé. I’m so glad I found this gem in Santa Fe, tucked away behind the beautiful iron gates off of the plaza. Its location is perfect and once you step through the gates you’re transported to wine country. The service is outstanding. I hosted a private party with the planning help of Isaiah and Victor, and they couldn’t be nicer, more accommodating or helpful. Isaiah is a professional when it comes to event planning. Victor is the nicest restaurant manager, and the most helpful, down-to-earth kind of guy that goes above and beyond. The beautiful private room they offer is the perfect setting for any event. I can’t wait to host another party at Hervé and I know my guests will also be hosting future events there as well. You’ll regret not coming here, and I can’t wait to go back.
