We had a wonderful stay. The bed was comfortable, we liked the room, the pool is amazing and we got massages which were awesome! It was a wonderful and relaxing weekend. Can't wait to go back!

Called 3 days prior to arrival to move my arrival date. Was told I had to call 5 days in advance. They could book me a day earlier but I would still have to pay for the day I wasn’t there.Doesn’t seem like good customer service to me.

Very nice hotel. Casino is alright. Does the job. Restaurants and shopping on site. Pool is indoors which is nice. The arcade was a joke. We went with 2 little kids and the arcade was a selling feature for our booking but it was very disappointing. Half the games didn't work and the 2 air hockey games didn't have pucks so we lost our money on both machines. You have to drive into Santa Fe or wherever to eat.

Literally the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed. For the price, there is no reason the rooms should be dirty with peeling wallpaper and holes in the drywall. Poorly maintained. Staff is rude and unhelpful. Front desk will not explain the amenities of the hotel or how to access the breakfast that you paid for with your reservation. Ordered food at one of the cafes and the cashier rolled his eyes at me 4 times then charged me $60 for 3 sandwiches that were almost inedible. We were so unhappy with the accommodations we checked out an entire day early and customer service refused to give our money back. I’ve stayed in roadside cheap hotels that have been better maintained. I’ve stayed in resorts in 3rd world countries with better amenities for the same price. This is not luxury. This is a joke. We travel monthly for work, and Hilton is officially on the blacklist for our business and our employees.

The best hotel I have stayed in for a while. Other than the check-in experience, the woman at the desk clearly hates her job, everything they did was great.At times it gets noisy, but this has more to do with inconsiderate guests than the hotel or its staff.

My mom and I had been driving 7+ hours from Arizona with a uhaul and needed a last minute place to get some rest. A lot of places in sante fe were booked but when we came across this hotel we decided to see if they had any rooms left. The young lady at the front desk was so kind and let me know they had 1 available room. I let her know I would have a pet with me and she handed me a piece of paper to fill out and set up our accommodations.We were there a total of 7 hours as we needed to get back on the road due to New Mexico not being our final destination. When I went downstairs that morning I was greeted by Tammy at the front desk. She asked how my stay was and I replied. It was around that time my cat had made a sound in her covered crate and Tammy said “ummmmmmm, is that…a cat?” I said yes, she said “well you know there is a $75 dollar pet fee?” And I said yes, when I checked in I paid it. She very rudely said, well it’s not on here to which I replied, well that’s not my fault. As she handed me my receipt she said “you can look at your receipt” I didn’t because I just wanted to get out of there, and as I hit the door she said, I didn’t charge you. Which insinuated to me she knew she was in the wrong accusing me of not paying for my animal. If I was really trying to get away with not paying for my pet, why would I bring it to the front desk with me?Overall this hotel was very nice. I felt comfortable leaving my uhaul here overnight and the rooms were amazing. But Tammy left me feeling absolutely terrible about my stay.

Stay literally anywhere else. I paid $300 for a room with cheap dated/peeling furniture and a shower that doesn't work. They said they'd send an "engineer" to fix it, but they never came. Dogs were barking in the neighboring rooms all through the night. Our cards inexplicably stopped working in the morning and they said it was a "dead door". Why isn't there a planned maintenance routine for the doors here so I'm not locked out from my own room/belongings?? The restaurants are serving cafeteria-grade food for resort location prices. They wanted 18% gratuity for a PICK UP order. Be for real. I regret choosing this place and I regret the money I wasted on the experience. I only hope others will read this and heed the warning.

This was an amazing stay! The dog was able to go out on the patio. The room was very nice and the bed was comfortable. We booked a casino rate and were upgraded to a free room while there. Will definitely be back!
