The best hotel I have stayed in for a while. Other than the check-in experience, the woman at the desk clearly hates her job, everything they did was great.At times it gets noisy, but this has more to do with inconsiderate guests than the hotel or its staff.
Great service. Great staff. Wonderful rewards and amazing food.Rooms: Great spacious and always clean.Nearby activities: They have a casino, pool ,and game room for the younger kidsFood & drinks: Great food, amazing rewards for food as well. The food is always rich in flavor. Never bland or cold.
Very nice hotel. Casino is alright. Does the job. Restaurants and shopping on site. Pool is indoors which is nice. The arcade was a joke. We went with 2 little kids and the arcade was a selling feature for our booking but it was very disappointing. Half the games didn't work and the 2 air hockey games didn't have pucks so we lost our money on both machines. You have to drive into Santa Fe or wherever to eat.
