Dog barking across the hall woke us up. Front desk literally said “ sorry I can’t help you.” Asked to be transferred to his manager and talked to a second guy, found out later in the call that it wasn’t even the manager. Beautiful place, poor customer service. Won’t be back and will let our friends know to beware.
One of the nicest Casino facilities in NM but challenged with poor customer service, especially in the food venues. The take it or leave it attitude of the staff is sad to see at such a nice resort.
