About Red Sage

Red Sage is a renowned restaurant known for its delectable cuisine and a cozy yet elevated ambiance. The Tumbleweed salad and Ribeye remain popular choices, while the Baker Alaska dessert continues to delight customers. Recently, there have been significant improvements in both service and food quality. The Sea Bass was prepared perfectly, and the Chicken Alfredo has been praised for its pure parmesan and tender pieces of chicken breast, avoiding heavy sauces. Although there have been occasional issues with reservations and food preparation, the staff's patience and attentiveness have been recognized, even when short-staffed. The crab cakes have received mixed reviews, with some finding them small and dry, but the restaurant also offers jumbo crab cakes and a variety of salads. Drinks at Red Sage have been consistently praised, and the service is top-tier, with interactions described as genuine and professional. The manager actively checks on the dining experience, ensuring customer satisfaction. The food is plated with artistic precision, delivering on every promise and enhancing the overall dining experience.
