Iguana Café is a recommended stop for visitors to the National Parks area. Serving up mouth-watering Chimichangas with Chicken and consistent breakfast items, the restaurant offers a quiet and calm ambiance, perfect for a resort and casino experience. Despite some lunchtime service issues, the breakfast food is excellent, with delicious pancakes, well-executed two-egg dishes, and flavorful pork sausage. The green chili smothered breakfast burrito is also a highlight. While the menu is limited and a bit pricey, the staff is friendly and doing their best despite apparent understaffing. Iguana Café is wheelchair accessible and service dog friendly, sharing parking with adjacent hotels and casino.
