It's rare I find a place that has both Good Red and Green Chili.. Nice little spot, we actually drove passed it, but we are glad we found it.. also ordered pancakes and they were delicious.. we'll be back next time we are in Santa Fe
I've got a very big and iron stomach, but it can't do this place. I sat at the front bar and tried to eat a pancake stack, but couldn't finish as each bite of the pancake tasted like the part of the griddle it landed on that was just used to cook something else.
Maybe this is a philosophical difference - in eating a pancake I don't necessarily want to eat the pan but just the cake. But my stomach did not appreciate the flavor inclusions.

Outstanding breakfast! The normal green chili was hot enough for me. I got the huevos rancheros on blue tortilla meal and added sausage patties and the side of green chili. So much food!
