Hot Dogs in Santa Fe

“We had the Santa Fe Dog- one of us got the loaded jumbo with red chile, the other got the regular with half toppings and green chile. Both were perfect proportions for the meal. The red chile was hot without being oppressive and a good complement to the cheddar cheese and fluffy bun. The green chile was fresh, not as hot as the red, and delicious. I have been driving past this place for years but never had the chance to stop- today the weather was perfect, the timing was right, and I am so glad we stopped. We will definitely come back and try the frito pie and other dogs on the menu. One more thing- the service was excellent- I made a mistake with my order and they were gracious and fixed the issue with no problem, 5/5 stars all around.“
