Another wonderful location! While at this location, I learned that all the Iconik locations have different menus, and I was so impressed by the food here as well. I had the banana vanilla pancakes and a chai latte. Great place to set up and work for a few hours. There's plenty of space to sit and lots of outlets so you can change up.

The worst food I've had. Second time I went for lunch and never againI spoke with the manager and he was very nice, refunded my money and looked into the problem. Maybe the chef was off that day…..will give it another try

Can’t get enough of the feels in the place. Great coffee, awesome music and the decor is beautiful.

I have visited all the Iconik stores in Santa Fe and I always have received a decent service. However, today I went to Iconik Red located at Cerrillos Avenue and I got the worst service.I was waiting for my coffee, very relax and enjoying the place (because is a good place). Then, I saw that the BarWoman did call several people that order after me. I decided to go to the bar, and respectfully, ask for my coffee. This woman was very disrespectful, rude, and rough, rising her voice and saying: “it’s not my fault, I didn’t received any ticket with your prefer from de cashier”.I didn’t replied, just wait for my coffee. She started preparing the coffee in a disposable cup, but I asked, at the beginning to the cashier, and now again to the BarWoman, for a pottery cup. She replied again in a very, very, very rude way: “ I don’t have any cup for here, just disposable cups”.I just requested my money back. I tried to explain HER that I don’t like disposable cups, that I will try another Iconik place to find pottery cups. At that moment another extremely rude cashier-guy (with a gray winter beanie) told me : “what is the problem with Her, we are giving your money back!!!!”.I was trying to explain to him that it is not a personal issue, that I visit a lot that place and Iconik in general, and that I just don’t like the flavor that the disposable cups used in Iconik have. He just invalidated my position, saying bad things and moving his hands like mocking me.Terrible experience in a wonderful Saturday. Iconik must check the training for a good service of their employees. I am a regular consumer in Iconik, but this kind of employee broke the good vibes and energies that Iconik have.

Our first time here, and last time. Nice coffee shop with friendly people, but menu was confusing and not vegetarian friendly even though it tried to be music was a little too loud.Vegetarian options: Minimal vegetarian options and confusing ingredients. Would not recommend.Dietary restrictions: Menu was very confusing. Some items were marked as vegetarian or vegan, but it wasn’t clear which. Also, some items marked as vegan or vegetarian or not as listed. Staff was accommodating in suggesting alternatives for vegetarians.Parking: Lots of snow and ice in the parking lot and walkways up to the restaurant. Not safe!

I was impressed that they were able and willing to make my beverages a slightly different way. But get a chai to go as this location is freezing cold inside. A wood stove would go a long way in there. Friendly service, lots of seating areas.

The photo attached is NOT a traditional dry cappuccino, but it was what I was served this morning. I had a few completely perfect dry cappuccinos in the past at this location and another Ikonik location. The barista this morning kept on insisting that I was served a dry cappuccino, even after I asked them to make it again. You should have seen the first cappuccino that they made. It was bubbly and brown. They claimed that there was plenty of foam in the second one that was made. I understand that a cappuccino is not the easiest to make, that 25 percent of the time a cappuccino can’t be made properly for no reason. But none of the necessary steps were followed to make a cappuccino. The barista didn’t even let the milk sit after foaming it. So I wonder who trains the baristas and who owns these Ikoniks. I find you all to be extremely expensive, so when I go somewhere as expensive as Ikonik, I kind of expect the cappuccino to be consistently made as similar as possible and I expect the barista to follow the proper steps when making a drink. But I don’t blame the barista if they didn’t receive the proper training. Disappointed this morning. And on such a beautiful day.

Most of the food was good (not the bacon) but the tip requests were unreasonable and disproportionate to the level of service. I left a 15% tip upfront, only to find out that I was supposed to clean out my own dishes. The tip I left was for nothing because we received no service at all. What’s worse, this is the first place I’ve ever seen a 35% tip suggestion. What exactly is that supposed to be for if you order at the counter and clean your own table? I felt offended by these tip requests, and it really dampened my overall experience.

Might want to hire someone that doesn't develop an attitude when you check on a food order that's still not ready after 45 minutes. It's crowded and there's a new cook isn't the correct response. The staff at the other iconik was so nice a couple of days before so too bad we went to the iconik red and were exposed to this situation. The Pantry seems to be the place if food is involved. Much busier and served us quickly.

Very average experience both times I've been to this location, much rather Lena St location. I decided to give it a second try but stayff still don't seem interested in giving good service. Expect to get your coffee in a paper cup even if you're sitting down. Said they were busy when I asked for a cup but definitely didn't seem that way. Coffee wasn't nice. The atmosphere was OK. The food was my favorite part.

On a road trip and found this funky (and super busy) little shop in the art district. We loved the ambiance & coffee so much we made a point to stop in on our way back through town. If we lived here this would be a go-to spot for sure!
