Fast and better then some other sub shops, but just a sub shop.

Six staff members, six people in line and not one of them was helping anyone in line. Just working on an online order. After five minutes the women in front said “is anyone going to help us” they replied that they had a big online order they had to finish first.

Chocked on a plastic zip tie in my sandwich. Got it directly from the shop so it didn't go through another party.

Elijah was extremely helpful from the moment we walked in. The team greeted us warmly and even pointed us to the bathroom right away. Despite being busy, they remained attentive and polite throughout our visit. Our children especially appreciated Elijah’s kindness and generosity, truly made the experience enjoyable for our family.

My partner and I went to grab dinner 08/27/2025 and was greeted with three gentleman that had great customer service skills and friendly attitudes. We enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. Elijah was great, we will be going back because of this experience.

Well they're plenty friendly. The music way too loud! I can't hear what they saying! And then the roast beef it's raw. And I wanted it cooked and they said it couldn't be! Wtw?? That makes no sense, then he smoothed it in oil, I asked for oild and vinegar. But I couldn't taste The vinegar at all! And my sandwich was completely drenched in oil who wants her sandwich drenched in oil The bread was drenched all the vegetables for drenched My sandwich was pretty much ruined because it was all drenched in oil. I didn't want it covered and drenched in oil! Anyway, it's always smelled so good when I would pick up for a friend. But I had know idea I could have the raw roast beef cooked. Also the blood was all over my bread as well! Gross!! I had to throw it away!

Everyone is always so friendly at this location! Customer service is always great and food is always fresh. No complaints

Without a doubt this is the friendliest and most professional restaurant in Santa Fe. Elijah fixed my Jersey fav and he’s so full of energy and hospitality. I drive out of my way in Santa Fe just to eat here as their vibe is so positive. Well done to whoever hired this great staff!

The staff 5/02/2025 around 1-2Pm were great.
It’s rare and rarer to see people happy at they’re job the locations leadership must be doing something right by making staff positive and the manager was great to his staff

I always order online. My order has only been ready on time once. I sat and waited an additional 20 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. I understand that things happen, but this is a regular occurrence for me at this location. I've been offered free drinks, brownies, and nothing for the inconvenience. I order online for a reason. The food is good. It must be if i keep going back. 😆
