Jersey Mike's Subs (Restaurant #39009)

I was going to write a review on my sandwich, but it was gone before I could finish typing. 10/10.

Without a doubt this is the friendliest and most professional restaurant in Santa Fe. Elijah fixed my Jersey fav and he’s so full of energy and hospitality. I drive out of my way in Santa Fe just to eat here as their vibe is so positive. Well done to whoever hired this great staff!

The staff 5/02/2025 around 1-2Pm were great.
It’s rare and rarer to see people happy at they’re job the locations leadership must be doing something right by making staff positive and the manager was great to his staff

I always order online. My order has only been ready on time once. I sat and waited an additional 20 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. I understand that things happen, but this is a regular occurrence for me at this location. I've been offered free drinks, brownies, and nothing for the inconvenience. I order online for a reason. The food is good. It must be if i keep going back. 😆

The white bread on both of our sandwiches was dark and had a burnt flavor. We’ve never had this at Jersey Mikes before. The cheesesteak was lacking flavor and didn’t taste right. Very disappointing for our favorite sandwich chain.

Great staff and great service. And the subs are the best around! My boys love it and the staff was awesome with them.

These guys and gals make a great sandwich. I've bought their catering packs militia times, and I have never had an issue with any part of the process.

The sandwiches are always fresh and correctly made, ordering is easy, and they are extremely friendly.

The restaurant was disgusting. Every table was filthy. The floor had food on it under each table. One employee would make sandwiches and then he would go sit in the lobby on his cell phone. Left one girl to make all the sandwiches while another stood at the register and stared at her. The other young employee was bringing bread up. The windows were filthy as well.

They made one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had at this chain. The store was clean great service from them. The music was playing at the right volume. They was quick on everyone order that I seen.
