Jesus makes the best sushi in Santa Fe. Are you at his truck once a week and I look forward to it every time.

I wish they were open till 6 to make it easier to grab after work but everything they make is delicious and super fresh, I'm afraid to go get sushi anywhere else because I know I'll probably be disappointed.
they make sure to make it gluten free for me and he even had tamari!
I got the sashimi salad this time and its so good, I usually get the sushi burrito but they can't always make it.
