What a spectacular find!! Everything was so amazing made from scratch and with superb ingredients. The carrot, curry and crab soup was beautiful and delicious, the portion large enough to be willing to share. It felt sinful not to finish, but I wanted to have room for my entree of duck confit pad thai style. I do not have a sweet tooth and rarely order dessert, but could not pass up the butterscotch pudding with caramel sauce and sea salt. Every bite of the meal was heavenly. Our dinner here was the absolutely best part of our vacation in Santa Fe. We ate at two other restaurants with either Michelin Stars and/or a James Beard award-winning chef (one of which was grossly overrated), and this dinner won hands down. I would have appreciated a more extensive wine list, but loved the dining experience too to bottom. The decor was interesting and cozy with beautifully painted (as in on the glass) sheer curtains and tablecloths, sparkling candles sconces all over the walls and beautiful cooper cookware. The staff was cheery but not overbearing, just perfect.

A beautiful looking establishment with a nice romantic vibe and a moderately to quite environment. All food/drinks were good but a rarity of items being great and memorable or a desire to want again. Service was as if we were forgotten several times but when visits did occur they were a nice and knowledgeable encounter. Overall Joseph's is good but not something I would highly recommend or crave. Unfortunately the only memorable thing was the interior decor.

I appreciated the diversty of the menu. I wasn't as fond of the food choices because I'm a picky eater but my guests loved it. I stayed with the petite steak and it was very good.

We went to Joseph's during Santa Fe's Restaurant Week (such a fun time!). On the Restaurant Week's menu, though one could order from the regular menu, there were at least 8 options for Starters, 10 for Grands, another 6 for Sweets. (Our waitress told us that there was a little different menu each night for those who came more than once during the week.) YUMM! I chose the ceviche, just the right amount of lime, the half duck with a wonderful sweet and sour sauce, and the butterscotch pudding with caramel sauce. Well! It was perhaps the best dessert I've ever had, for sure among the top five; I'll be going back if for nothing more than that. One last word for our attentive waitstaff Sam who always had a smile, and for Michelle who knew every dish and described each with an intimate knowledge of flavor nuances and ingredients. Just a wonderful night all around!

We were here for dinner not realizing it was restaurant week and a $60 prefix but the meal was outstanding. Every course was exceptional. Highly recommend the green chili posse, lamb curry and pad Thai along with the fish special were all excellent. Maria from New Hampshire was a great server with a sense of humor. Lovely evening.

This was the worst duck I have ever had. Was it even a duck? It was dry and tough, and it was barely possible to disassemble it with the very poor quality knife that was furnished. (It was serrated but did not work like one, since all it could do was shred the flesh. My wife had the same trouble using the provided knife on her steak, where all she could do with it was tear at the meat, not cut it. At least the steak itself, unlike the "duck," was very good.) My entree took such effort that I eventually got a cramp in my hand, and I finally had to finish the "duck" by holding it and tearing the flesh off the bone with my teeth, caveman style. There was no fat under the skin, which makes me think it had been removed beforehand, taking the flavor with it, in order to prepare your specialty duck fat fries and potato chips. But of course this left the rest of the duck tough and dry. Let me know if my supposition is correct.

We went for Restaurant Week. The entire menu was available. That was excellent. Servings were generous and service was excellent too. My biggest complaint is about the noise level. We had a small table of 4 and it was still difficult to have a conversation with anyone not right next to you. After a while the tables cleared out and there was some relative quiet time. We enjoyed sharing 4 of the appetizers. We had the pad Thai, 1/2 duck and the steak. All were really good and we all took some home. The Butterscotch Pudding is the only dessert in the whole world I will NOT share. It is that good. I like going to Joseph's but maybe not on a busy Saturday night. Their food is just so good. We will return. PS-get some Kahlua in that bar of yours!!!

The glazed duck was amazing, probably the best dish I've ever had. We went for my birthday and they were really sweet and added a candle to my dessert (the chocolate terrine - which was also delicious). This place has a good vibe and ambiance and really great food.

I will definitely be going there again. That's the good thing about restaurant week, it allows you to try a restaurant like this at an affordable price. Thanks Joseph's for a fun night.

We always enjoy Joseph's and our Restaurant Week experience did not disappoint! We were impressed with the number of choices available, and we all enjoyed different selections, from roast duck to a perfectly prepared filet to delicious chicken cassoulet to duck pad Thai, always a favorite. Starters, too, made us smile—polenta fries (yum!), soup, and tamals. And, ever the piece de resistance for one of us, the butterscotch pudding. Service was friendly and efficient. We love dining at Joseph's!

Amazing meal at Joesephs during restaurant week. The portions were amazing- we could have made a meal of just the appetizers. The carrot curry soup was delicious. Rabbit Bolognese lasagna was just mouth wateringly good. And the butterscotch pudding was irresistible. We will be back.

Food was good but very overpriced for the small portions. Nothing special about the food. Duck fat fries were soggy. Service was subpar-we asked for food recommendations and the waitress was very unhelpful, didn't know the price of the fish of the day and also had no recommendations except “everything's good.” And then gave us a weird look like it's weird we even asked. Would not go again or recommend.

This is the second time we've been and it did not disappoint. Wonderful wine list and attentive service complements the eclectic and well-executed menu. The duck confit pad thai is a revelation. Lots of delicious duck and lamb on the menu. We will return!
