“Must visit during Santa Fe trip! We needed a break from the chiles and beans, and this was the perfect addition to our trip. We ordered the Spicy Braised Beef Noodle Soup, Kung Pao Tofu, and Vegetable Pan Fried Dumplings. I had a group of three and we shared everything. The homemade dumpling wrapper and noodles were both excellent - chewy and cooked perfectly. The beef broth was light but flavorful. The kung pao tofu was a light offset to the soup. The staff were extremely friendly and hospitable. Would recommend to locals and out of towners!“

“구글에서 검색을 하면, 식당 카테고리에는 ‘Chinese Restaurant’로 분류 되어 있지만 실상은 한국, 일본, 중국음식의 장점이 잘 녹아있는 식당입니다. 기본 베이스는 중식으로 되어 있지만, 미국내에서 파는 일반 가정식 식당과는 달리 덜 짜고, 기름기가 절제되어 있습니다. 역겨울 수 있는 향신료 냄새도 덜 납니다.(이 부분은 개인적 취향입니다.) 가장큰 장점은 질좋은 재료를 사용했지만 가격이 저렴하다는 것입니다. 한국 특산물인 김치를 오리지널로 맛 볼 수 있습니다.“

“I had the meat tasting menu and my girlfriend had the seafood tssting menu with sake pairings. A complete fantastic culinary experience. Diverse Asian flavors focusing on Vietnam. In total we tried ten dishes and all were keepers. Delicate flavors and textures. Top five meals of all time. The service was friendly and impeccably executed. Go there.“
