Not a bad drive from Santa Fe and well with the effort. Our Thanksgiving meal was just perfect! The lobster-squash bisque (with croutons and garnishes) was served in a pumpkin shell. I'm not the kind of person who takes a picture of their food but I couldn't resist. The rest of the traditional meal was equally well prepared and delicious.
