The perfect spot for pre-show dinner when you are going to the Lensic. It's a quiet please located steps away from the theater in Burro Alley. Staff is warm and friendly. The menu is gigantic. We began with good guacamole, great salsa and warm chips. The shrimp soft tacos were filled with flavorful grilled shrimp chunks and served with pico de gallo and a delicious yellow sauce that was new to me. Refried beans were the same as any place but I didn't have much room for them anyway. Dinner came to the table quickly and we were settled up and out the door ten minutes before show time.

We tried other Santa Fe hot spots where the waits were too long and crowds were overwhelming. We stumbled across Los Magueyes. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The service was impeccable and we had no wait!

Waited over an hour for food. Server never checked on us. Didn't bring any salsa to go with chips. Server rude when asked about food. Told us they serve single orders before multiple orders. There were only 3 of us. A party of 5 came in 40 minutes after we arrived and they got their food Long before we did. There were no apologies DONT GO THERE!!!! Spent 100 on food we didn't get to eat

The pianist was excellent, but the food was pretty mediocre. I especially don’t recommend the churros…

walking down burro alley and in front of the restaurant was a donkey. of course i took a pic. it was around lunch time and looked at the menu. prices were reasonable so decided to grab a bite. while waiting the ambiance feels as if u we're sitting back in the day as the music old mariachi music. the service was fast and the food was delish!!!
Start off with great atmosphere and hospitality. I ordered the burrito lunch special. Came with rice and beans. This was delicious. Reminds me of my parent's home cooked Mexican food. Also tried the shrimp incriminate - this was hella good.

Amazing amazing amazing! Best food we have had in two weeks, and if you miss the cabaret show what are you doing? We had so much fun and you can tell this was a true local event! So interactive and full of knowledge. I cannot wait until I come back! This will be out Friday evening dinner spot every time we’re in Sante Fe!!
