This is perhaps the best Chinese cuisine in Santa Fe since they are limited Chinese restaurants in Santa Fe. Prices are incredible overpriced compared to competitors, however I would that the best thing this cuisine has is the fried rice and the chicken skewers. The Lo mein is very soggy in taste and the egg drop soup is descent but nothing outstanding. You can place orders through the phone as well. The j sis Eid the restaurant is spacious and it can accommodate large families. The reason this place is getting 3/5 despite the outstanding friend rice and chicken skewers is that all my family had an unpleasant stomach reaction minutes after consuming this food.

Lulu's offers excellent Chinese cuisine and service. Among all the Asian restaurants to pick from, Lulu's will absolutely not disappoint your taste buds. The food is prepared by chefs having years of experience in the traditional preparation of Chinese food's unlike modern style preps that lose the authenticity in taste. Substituted ingredients are used in preparing the food for the American pallet. For example, Panda Express is the McDonald's of Chinese food that's far removed from traditional preparation that's processed for quik sales. I will always remember the saying bad food waits for you and good food, you wait for it. Lulu's is definitely worth the wait. Until next time, raise your tea cups to those you're eating with and say, "Ganbei." That's Cheeres in Chinese.

Bland exterior hides a nice restaurant on the inside. I have eaten there several times recently and the food and the service has always been good.

Super pleased to find this place open on Christmas Eve for takeout! Plenty of fresh vegetables included in my chicken dish, but our "spicy" entrees were pretty bland. Would try again for dine-in. Seems like a nice place with friendly staff.

Perfect American Chinese cuisine. All your favorites are here and as saucy as ever! Can't go wrong with the fried rice, shredded pork, any dish which includes beancurd and anything mentioning 'crispy' in its name!

This my first Door Dash order, so maybe they're to blame, not the restaurant. But my Thai basil chicken was dried out, rubbery, and cold. I guess I should have known better than to order that from a "Chinese" restaurant, but it actually looked better than any of the other chicken options on their menu. Or maybe my mistake was trying to order Chinese food in Santa Fe, which is not exactly a Mecca for Asian cuisine. Either way, it's not a mistake I'll be repeating.

I’m not prone to writing reviews, good or bad, but I couldn’t let this one slide. We did carry out and the food we got was truly inedible. I had the orange chicken. Each little breaded piece had a small chunk of chicken, every single bite of which seemed to be rehydrated chicken jerky. It simply could not be chewed no matter how much time you spent working on it. I thought maybe finding a larger piece would be at least edible, but they were all the same. My wife’s dish had vegetables in it and the flavor of the meal was so bland she threw it away and made a grilled cheese for dinner. I had heard good things about this restaurant, but certainly didn’t find the recommendations to be in concert with our experience.

After a disappointing delivery fail with Grubhub (different restaurant). I decided on Lulu's and to place a to go order. The staff is so cheerful and accommodating. I've been here a few times, but it's been a good few years since my last visit. Same wonderful staff with smiles, an uplifting spirit. It's wonderful to step into a positive environment and great cuisine.

It isn't New York or San Francisco, but it does pretty well for a town with a minuscule Chinese population to keep it on its toes. I eat here at least once a month when I need to consume some of my favorites that I can't make myself, like crispy duck.

This is as close as you can get to a fairly good Chinese restaurant in Santa Fe. The service is great. The food varies, according to who's cooking that day. The good news is they'll tweak your order to suit your taste (unless they're swamped). Maybe avoid the seafood here? It's a popular place for a reason.

Rat meat. Zero stars. First yelp review because of this.I've read through most of the other reviews on here and it looks like they called in a bunch of favors to get the rating up...just straight up lies about how good the place is from. I'm less surprised by there yelp rating after figuring that piece out. Even the sentence structure is questionableTo go order all closed up tight so I don't check the horrific chicken I ordered. It was chewy and stringy and didn't taste like chicken...strange small pieces. It tasted really off and I'm pretty sure it was not chicken. I called the restaurant to complain the offered me another meal I asked for a refund the offered me a partial refund on my order. No offense but if I spend 40 dollars on a meal for my family and you serve me rat meat and I complain you should probably do a little more than that. Just terrible experience. Feels like a train inside the restaurant, terrible spice, make belief dishes from a typo ridden menu. Hope you have a strong gut. Ended up eating leftovers because I was so infuriated by the incompetency and lack of awareness there. I shouldn't have to go to far into detail with someone in a customer service interaction to where I'm getting pissed off because I'm embarrassed to tell your employees how bad this is. That's fine yelp is here to listen.Good luck guysAlready a lucky business that I don't happen to be an organic scientist with a microscope and access to a lawyer ...

It's far from the best Chinese food ever, but they do taste Chinese. I guess you can call it authentic but with a grain of salt.

I live near LuLu's and have been there 3 or four times over the years. This time I ordered Chicken Chow Fun - I think it was called Rice noodles with greens and chicken. The "chicken" was strips of chicken skin. The waiter told me it was breast meat sliced thin, but brest meat doesn't curl up, dangle, and make me gag. It was all skin. Won't go back.
