Got the chicken tacos and jalapeño/cheese pupusas. This is the best meal I've had on my trip to New Mexico! Put this food truck at the top of your list
I leave no pictures because I couldn't stop eating the pupusas. Damm! They are freaking good, believe when I say this, I have reviewed hundreds of pupuserias and by far this is one of the top beat tasting puousas. Please open a restaurant ASAP! 🙏

La Esperanza Kitchen serves flavorful and delicious meals from their food truck. Try their fantastic Pupusas, including calabaza y queso or vegetarian with beans and cheese and great vegetables. The chicken quesadilla is also very tasty and wonderfully presented. The curtido and salsa are the best accompaniments and everything is so fresh. Be prepared for a treat, with very nice and accommodating staff who make everything with love.
