So yummy and what a diverse menu! It's a sweet little find on Rufina. I had the Mediterranean plate and the Singapore noodles and both are fresh and well seasoned!

This is our first visit after finding it on Google. It's a small hole-in-the-wall type of place without a website or online menu, so we took a chance. It turns out to be completely worth it. M.A.M.A.S. stands for middle-Eastern, American, Mexican, Asian and Salvadoran food, by the way. The menu is fun and price is very reasonable. We ordered the Singapore noodles vegan style, vegan Pai Thai and some waffle fries, and everything came out fast and delicious. The noodle is slightly different from traditional rice vermicelli used in Singapore noodles, and the curry sauce is not as strong, but they more than made it up by offering an excellent marinated tofu. Pai Thai was tasty and those waffle fries were awesome. We will definitely be back! They also have a small BBQ restaurant there called Uncle DT, which only opens on weekends. We can't wait to try their BBQ grilled tofu either! It's mostly a take out place with maybe 5-6 tables and couple of outdoor seats, and probably would not be suitable for a big party, but if you have a small group or can just order takeout, give them a try!

MAMAS is a delicious restaurant with many different choices from all over the world. MAMAS is an acronym that stands for; M - middle eastern, A - american, M - mexican-ish, A - asian, and S - salvadoran. I got the Singaporean Noodles with tofu which was delicious. MAMAS is this little restaurant with delicious food!

This place is so cute and tiny! It's kinda located in a garage I think. You squeeze the service horn for service. I loved that. We ordered the pupusas and a half arugula salad. Not pricey at all. Sooo delicious. Come here to eat if your not a little b**** that complains about lots of seating. You'll have the best meal! Unless you're a little b**** and then in that case there's no helping you.

An interesting variety of foods (the papusas are good). Right around the corner from Meow Wolf, it's mostly a take out place, although they now have a couple of tiny tables if you prefer to eat there. Friendly service.

Had this at a market in Santa Fe over a year ago and still wondering if I should move there just so I could eat these every day. They are that good!

Delicious made to order food! We came after a large family of six, so there was a bit of a wait but the you could tell that our food was freshly cooked. The seating is open indoor; during the winter they close off the open wall with a garage door. We had the shawarma plate, waffle fries, and the pad Thai which was all delicious.

Stopped by after Meow Wolf and was pleasantly surprised. The service and food are great.

Nice outdoor eating and tables for those wanting to dine in. MAMAS is eclectic and all over the globe with food selections. This was immediately exciting. Decided to stay close to "home" and had the Chicken Shawarma sandwich with marinated chicken, tehina and lemon sauces in a pita. Ordered extra tehina. The chicken was moist and perfectly seasoned. The tehina and lemon sauces were delicious. It's only flaw was the dry cold pita shell. Please toast and season pita before serving..:) The side of hummus and pita chips was scrumptious. One of the best tasting hummus eaten in New Mexico. All the hummus was scarfed down..:) Perhaps I'll be bold to try the the Pad Thai or Salvadoran pupusas (which looked delicious) next time with a side of hummus..:) Thanks for reading. Avram

This place is AMAZING! I've stopped in this place several times over the years, and am always surprised and delighted by the service and food. Hands down best falafel in Santa Fe, nice crisp on the outside, and soft and gooey on the inside. Also try the singapore noodles.

It was my first time here. The outside of this place may not be as inviting as the delicious food this place has to offer. Just walking distance from the infamous Meow Wolf is why I chose this place to feed my hunger. I'm giving this place 4 stars, only because we had to wait about 10 minutes before the owner showed up. When the place is already open from 10am to 3pm. Sat around looking at the menu. They offer a variety of delicious cuisines. We tried the grilled Cubano sandwich with salad and a drink. The other entree we tried was the Papusas. And I tell you this, I have not had Papusas since I was in California. So this was an eye opener for me. Because they were so delectable and savory. Served with rice and beans mixture, Salvadorian cole slaw and a salsa. The salsa was not as tasty as the slaw. The place is small but you can always take your food to go if you feel you can't dine inside. They offer a variety of drinks including bottled water. Once you are served your food, you can find condiments, forks and napkins along the wall since it may not be easily visible. I learned that after I had to use my own tissues as my napkin. There is also a horn to honk if you need assistance. They had a bathroom available on the premises. I will be back to try it again. Maybe get the Pad Thai, because the family that was in the dining room with us had ordered it. It was definitely big enough for 2 people to share.
