Mc-messed up my order and gave me two sets of cold fries instead of my quarter pounder. Don't know if the staff is pissed off at life or the management isn't trying, but this is pretty bad for an off day. 16 bucks isn't worth two sets of fries and a mcflurry.
Lots of undocumented workers here, and the language barrier is a big issue. The service is awful, don’t be surprised if you pay for your food and never get it. If you go inside to ask what’s going on, be ready to deal with rudeness and incompetence everywhere.

This place is a joke idk who does their hiring but these people are complete morons. I was in the drive through why you have 2 lanes if your just going to take people from 1? Had 3 cars in the right lane go I had to REV my engine to get helped then no one at the windows knows which order I had literally told the guy at the second window I had 2 hot and spicy mcchickens low and behold I get a bag with medium fries only. Retrain your people or get better management worthless will not be returning to this location

I always use the app and every meal that I ordered the food was cold, specially the fries, soggy, undercooked and stealthy sometimes. Now they don't add ketchup or napkins,I have to make sure I ask because McDonalds does not have the courtesy and the politeness to offer it, the attitude of many of the employees is unreliable and unprofessional!! Believe me, I worked at a MacDonalds back in the Nineties and the work ethic was respectful and always with charisma, at least that was what I always transmitted at all times. You guys need training on all the aspects of every position, from the management to the regular position. Good luck to all of you guys,since this such of problems are happening in every restaurant or eatery now a days.

This McDonald's location will over charge you. A quarter pound patty Ala cart at any other McDonald's in the area is $2. I ordered 2 here and were charged $14. They refused to correct the issue, and didn't seem to comprehend what we were telling them.

So when customers are looking at you, try not to laugh at them. Secondly when a customer is walking towards you you don't turn away. Need to retrain employees on proper behavior. They act like middle school children then remind them that them working at McDonald's as adults is probably a result of their low maturity level. Do better. Plus your bathroom has 💩 everywhere. Ewww 🤢
