Now you have to navigate through the kiosk to order food. I've never felt as much of an employee as here. They absolutely won't take an order person to person and it says that on the door.
The fries were stale but the 2 cheeseburgers were made fresh because the kiosk let me add extra dehydrated onions.

I ordered a Big Mac meal and a Quarter Pounder meal, but I ended up getting two Big Macs instead. It was an easy fix, but it was inconvenient having to park and go inside to get it corrected. The staff fixed the mistake quickly, but it’s always frustrating when things like this happen.

They were short on employees, so we had to order on the kiosk, but they older ppl didn't know how, so they wanted to order in front. The manager was rude about it and ignored them. So we helped them
