Visited Monkeys food truckon 6/11/25 while in Santa Fe N.M . The burgers were the best burgers I've ever had! They were cooked to profection! I only wish we had food trucks like Monkeys in Colorado!
Bought a torta with carnitas and some tacos with carne asada. Freaking delicious! And their salsita is 🔥🔥🔥!!!!
