Takeout order. The spring rolls were AMAZING but the pad Thai really confused me. All the photos here show really great pad Thai with several fresh toppings. The menu lists a bunch of fresh toppings for it too. But it seems like I got a bunch of old noodles in a box. Super boring and not what I was expecting at all.

Such a jewel. One of my favorite places to eat. Some of the best noodles and curries I've had anywhere. And Nath and Naan are so kind. Food feels like medicine in the best way.

Chomp food hall is also a solid spot for other food and ice cream, which is a bonus. Everything is easy going and low key. Super worth it.

Wow!! Best spring roll of my life (literally). Their spicy sauce was super spicy and perfectly flavored… rarely do I feel this way about spicy sauce (usually not spicy enough). The red curry was just as amazing. What a wonderful spot that I’ll return to. The women working were also kind and thoughtful.

WOW. I’m not one to leave a review, but this food is incredible. Light, bright, punchy, balanced. Perfect. Go.

We arrived at 6pm on Thursday wanting to go here specifically. When we went inside the building we were overwhelmed with a lingering smell of a dumpster. We got to the counter to see no one there and a mess in the kitchen.

This place is magical. Absolutely wonderful food. The beef lok lak was very tender with wonderful combinations of sweet, savory, textures, and veggies. The sweet potato turmeric noodles were packed with flavor, too. I got it with tofu and the tofu was firm and pressed. The spring rolls were so unique- almost like big sushi pieces! I got to have some small tastes of the pad thai and curry as well. I chatted with the chef/owner and she said she gave her own interpretation to all the dishes. What wonderful creativity and care in each dish! It takes a little while to prepare the food but well worth the wait!!!

Food was not bad.
Chicken curry is not what I normally get at a Thai restaurant. They only give you a minimal amount of sauce.
Also pricey - $3.50 for a scoop of white rice, about the size of an ice cream scoop.
The ladies making the food were polite and friendly but they never informed me the food was ready, so it got cold sitting there at their counter.

The food is incredible every time and super vegan friendly and organic! We come here often and the owner is so sweet and thoughtful. We are so grateful to have this wonderful spot in Santa Fe and recommend it highly, especially the pad Thai with tofu!

Absolutely delicious green curries, perfect flavor and perfect veg and protein. The green beans, squash, pineapple, and other ingredients are 10/10! We got three green curries with brown rice; one had tofu, one beef, and one chicken. You can taste the ingredients in the sauce perfectly. And the people cooking and serving are lovely! We will be returning to try the turmeric noodles and to get more green curry!:)

Yum, yum, yum! We tried Nath's for the first time and it is delicious! I had the spring rolls with dipping sauce, pad thai with tofu, and my husband had the pad thai with chicken. Everything was super-fresh and tasty and nicely seasoned. Really appreciate the vegan, gluten-free options!

So good! 10/10. I need to come back more often… this restaurant doesn’t just serve food, it serves love. I think I just had a spiritual awakening over the meal ❤️
