I recently hosted a private event at CHOMP and the service, food and drinks were all phenomenal!! As a lifelong New Mexican resident, I can’t believe this was my first experience with this establishment. I won’t miss visiting this place every time I’m in Santa Fe.
Food, Fun and they’ve been truly supportive of my creative being….It’s a true community gathering place!!!
Its...fine? As a concept, it's awesome. But perhaps all the utensils, etc, need to be in shared spot? Had the Brujas pizza, which was good, but only one person making food and taking orders was brutal. Seems like an operational problem overall - let people order themselves. Also, some places closed on 7pm? Should be open later, especially on Saturday.

CHOMP Culinary Collective offers a unique atmosphere and fun concept. The food is amazing, with extremely high quality food from each vendor. Chef Nath’s cuisine draws inspiration from different Southeast Asian and East Asian flavors, using organic ingredients. The tea leaves salad is so delicate, so delicious, and so flavorful. An amazing turmeric noodle lunch with vegetable spring rolls and vegan pad Thai are delicious options. The food is great tasting, healthy, gluten free, and organic. There is also Salsa and Bachata Sunday nights with a great dance floor and awesome DJs. The facility is clean, with professional management and staff, excellent food and bar options. Take note that Nath’s Cuisine has different opening hours from the food hall, open 12pm to 7.30pm Wed to Sun. Random closures without online notice are common but not frequent.
