I ordered the green curry with chicken and tea leaf salad. My sister had the red curry and Tom yum soup. We even sampled their beef lok lak. Taste buds were tantalized. The freshness and love that went in to these dishes is unparallel. I hope you enjoy this experience as much as I did!

One of our best food experiences in all of Santa Fe! Being a fully gluten-free restaurant is a big added plus for me, but I’d recommend this spot to everyone. Try the Tea Leaves Salad!

Excellent food. Refined, unique recipes. Hands down the best tea leaf salad I’ve had. Owner is really friendly too!
Excellent Asian cuisine served in a fast casual environment. My wife had the green curry and I ordered the red curry with chicken. The presentation on both dishes was gorgeous and the food was delicious - this was the first time I've tasted these type of curries with minimal coconut milk and IMHO it really changes/improves the character of the dishes; they are much lighter and the curry spice is more forward. This is a great option for a light lunch/dinner as we both felt the portions were a little small. If you're looking for a quick and very tasty bite in the Railyard area, check out Nath's.

The best Thai/Asian food in Santa Fe. Everything is so fresh and the spices are amazing. Nothing tastes like it’s from a bottle. The Pad Thai had the perfect amount of spice, sweet, with fresh peanuts and lime and garnishing on top.

The food Nath makes is reflective of the warmth and care that is put into preparing each dish. Every dish is made with fresh and organic ingredients, the sauces are made from scratch and are delicious. My entire family loves Nath’s creations and I highly recommend the pad Thai and turmeric noodles.

She puts heart, soul and love into every dishI've been fairly disappointed with the quality of Asian food generally in Santa Fe and was looking for something a bit more authentic which took me to Nath's. It's in a food hall, a bit impersonal, small pop up place, really no atmosphere.Yet, the food, so amazing. Everything was fresh and the vegetables were perfectly cooked. Talking with Nath, I learned that she gets nothing out of a bottle; she cooks it all. If you like spicy, ask for a side of her chili paste, it's sweet without the use of any sugar. Best Asian food I've found, so far, in Santa Fe!
